Availability, rent, utilities, deposits, features, dates and other listing details may change. A listing is not an offer that creates a tenancy. Confirm property-specific terms before signing any agreement.
Applications
Submitting an application, pre-qualification or viewing request does not guarantee approval and does not create a tenancy. A tenancy is established only after the required lease documentation is completed and accepted by the applicable parties.
Ontario residential leases
Where required by Ontario law, residential tenancies use the applicable Ontario Standard Form of Lease. Any permitted deposit, key deposit or other tenancy term remains subject to applicable law.
Accounts and secure areas
Staff and client portal credentials must be kept confidential. Access may be suspended where necessary to protect account security or the website.
Third-party services
The website may link to mapping, booking, screening, payment, social-media or other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
